NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Weston Creek Molonglo Cricket Club Annual General Meeting for the Senior Club will be held on Wednesday 12 August 2026.
Venue: Canberra Southern Cross Club, Woden, ACT
Commencing: 7:00 pm
Order of business:
1. Apologies
2. Confirmation Minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting
3. Presentation of statement and report to members pursuant to Section 73 Associations Incorporation Act (including provisional financial statements by the Treasurer)
4. President’s Report
5. Elections required by the Constitution to be held at the AGM
6. General Business
All current players, members and supporters welcome to attend. Once the core committee has been voted on, we will be looking to fill other supporting positions on the evening in preparation for the upcoming season.
